The REASON a lot of people CHASE after MONEY, is because their UNDERSTANDING of MONEY CONCEPT, is VERY LIMITED, and the last time I checked, they still don't HAVE it, as money ONLY responds to VALUES and not NEEDS. Appraisal simply means examination or stock taking. It is so important because it helps you know how far you have come in the year as it regards the goals you set.
