A LEADER BY DESIGN

Hey there! You have always been a leader but you just didn't know it.

When He (the Almighty) created you He deposited in you all you need to be in charge of your life and your world, that's why when He was done creating you, He made pronouncement that you should dominate and fill the earth.

You reading this right now, do you know that you have been a leader all your life, you just didn't know it.

No matter the level you are at right now, you are a leader so long as you know something someone else doesn't know or you have  influence over someone or some persons.

You don't need to be appointed a leader before exercising your leadership role. The easiest way to begin your leadership role is to start by leading yourself.

However, to effectively lead yourself and others, you must develop your leadership skills. Developing your leadership skill gives you an edge over those that didn't develop theirs.

Our world is in dare need of leaders that are well developed and with character, seize this opportunity to build yourself so that you can meet this need.

Shying away from leadership role is shying away from the Almighty's design for your life.

There is a leader in you, rise up and develop it.
