Failure is good for you
To you reading this right now, failure is good for you.
Everyone dreads to fail. For some, they prefer not to start than to start and fail. Others are scared of the ridicles and mockeries that will follow their failing, as a result, they will prefer not to do anything.
You see dear friend, Failure is very good for you, incase you didn't get it, I repeat Failure is good for you, stop wishing it away. Infact, it has been the best thing that has happened to humanity and it is a fact, you may not agree with me. I wonder what life would be like without failing.
Hold on, before you crucify me, let me show you some of the benefits of failing.
# Failure is a motivator. The thoughts of what would happen should you fail would motivate you to put in your all to succeed.
# It brings out the best in you. When you fail and you want to positively approach it, you look out for the process you use and replace them with the best you got to ensure you succeed should you relaunch. Most times, the success recorded after failing is incredible.
# It helps you discover other ways of achieving a task. We fail sometimes not because we are not good, we fail in order to learn other ways of achieving our goals.
# Other lovely innovations are birthed through failing in a task. You wouldn't have discovered you could get other products from a single source if you did not fail in trying to make a product.
# It redirects you back to your Creator. Isn't it disturbing how we tend to do everything by ourselves without checking up with Him if it is His will. We feel we know it all and we go ahead to pursue our goals. Hence, He will not share His glory with you, He permits you to fail so you could resort to Him and achieve the best of success in that thing.
# Failure builds our character. We fail sometimes due to character flaws, so to avoid further failures, we pause to correct all those flaws.
# It helps you pay attention to details. Not paying attention to details make us fail. Doing things haphazardly make us to fail, so to avoid further failures we tend to pay attention to every detail in the things we do.
# It protects us. We tend to be reckless sometimes when we become successful especially at the wrong time, so to ensure we are safe, we fail.
# It gives us experience.
The benefits mentioned above are few among many other benefits that failures avail us, so when next you fail instead of being moody and sad, be happy.
I would rather you fail than not to try to start at all. It is more dangerous not to start than it is to fail.
Here's my advice, when next you fail instead of grumbling, look inwards and ask why did I fail and what are in it for me? You would be shocked at the discoveries you will get.
Don't be scared to fail, because it is a blessing and not a curse. Happy failing.
